A commitment to the vegan philosophy and way of living through preventing animal exploitation and animal cruelty while promoting plant-based nutrition, education & awareness, and environmental sustainability.
A voice for the voiceless
Vegan Philosophy
Veganism is a philosophy and way of living which seeks to exclude—as far as is possible and practicable—all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose; and by extension, promotes the development and use of animal-free alternatives for the benefit of animals, humans and the environment.
Promoting plant-based nutrition
Advocating for a diet rich in vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts, and seeds, while eliminating animal products and minimizing processed foods. In dietary terms a vegan will not eat or drink products derived wholly or partly from animals.
Education and awareness
Educating on the philosophy on veganism and making people aware of the horrors of the meat, egg and dairy industries. Sharing my experience about the health benefits of a plant-based diet.
Environmental sustainability
Highlighting the environmental benefits of living a vegan lifestyle, including reduced greenhouse gas emissions and lower resource consumption.
“People eat meat and think they will become as strong as an ox, forgetting that the ox eats grass.”
